PRESENTATIONS (10:00am – 5:00pm)
 

Presentation Time

Presentations should take a maximum of 25 minutes, with a 20 minutes max for the talk and 5 minutes for Q&A.
Please adhere to the time limits to give all presenters ample time to share their work.
Each session contains 4 presentations.
Please be mindful of slight variation in session duration:

• Session I “Inclusive & Innovative” (10:10am – 11:50am): 100 minutes

• Session II “Collaborative & Forward-Looking (1:00pm – 3:00pm): 120 minutes

• Session III “Emerging Industry” (3:10pm – 5:00pm): 110 minutes

• Session IV “Socially Responsive” (10:10am – 11:50am): 100 minutes

Presentation Slides
 

Presenters will not use their own laptops to show slides. Presenters will need to have their slides accessible online or on a memory stick/flash drive. Presenters will access their slides through the laptop provided at each podium.  

We will have tech support on hand to facilitate smooth transitions between presentations.

Each Track will have a moderator who can facilitate the collection of slides as a backup.
